As soon as conceptual design / outline specifications are prepared by the Architect drawings shall be forwarded to structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil engineers for detailed drawings in their respective fields.
Subsequently decision on construction materials / building systems and equipment.
Suggest alternate methods, materials, systems to ensure optimum values.
Provide a preliminary construction budget and evaluate project costs from dig to finish.
Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
